摘  要:利用Abaqus软件以阻尼器内部芯材及芯材直径为变量,建立了芯材分别为铅芯、LY100和SMA 3个阻尼器有限元模型和1个SMA直径为10 mm的有限元模型,提出一种自复位剪切型复合黏弹性阻尼器,对比分析不同芯材、芯材直径对阻尼器力学性能的影响。模拟结果表明:内部芯材为SMA的阻尼器耗能能力相较于铅芯和LY100都有了极大的提升,残余位移也得到了很好的控制,展现出较强的自复位能力;随着直径的增加,阻尼器的耗能能力和残余位移均有了显著增加,但是为了充分发挥SMA阻尼器自复位能力,SMA的直径不宜大于20 mm,且后期加工制作应对剪切板、限位板与连接板的连接处进行加固处理。A self-resetting shear composite viscoelastic damper was proposed.Using Abaqus software,three damper finite element models of lead core,LY100 and SMA and a finite element model with a diameter of 10 mm were established respectively,taking the inner core material and the diameter of the core material as variables.The simulation results show that compared with lead core and LY100,the energy dissipation capacity of SMA damper is greatly improved,and the residual displacement is well controlled,showing strong self-resetting ability.With the increase of the diameter,the energy dissipation capacity and residual displacement of the damper are significantly increased,but in order to give full play to the self-resetting capability of the SMA damper,the diameter of the SMA should not be greater than 20 mm,and the connection of the shear plate,the limit plate and the connecting plate should be reinforced in the post-processing.
