摘 要:针对新疆生产建设兵团水库运行管理信息化程度低、数据未汇集、管理不规范,水雨情测报和库坝安全监测配套信息化系统缺失等问题,全面剖析兵团水库运行管理现状与需求,提出兵团水库水雨情测报和库坝安全监测系统的总体架构,重点阐述数据资源规划和应用系统的建设方案,建立以信息化串联水库运行管理各相关业务的模式。建设成果切实提升了兵团水库信息化水平,可供其他省级水行政主管部门的水库信息化建设借鉴。In view of the low level of informationization in reservoir operation and management of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps,data collection,non-standard management,lack of information systems for water and rain forecasting and reservoir and dam safety monitoring,this paper comprehensively analyzes the current situation and needs of reservoir operation and management of Xinjiang Corps.The overall structure of the Corps reservoir water and rain forecasting and reservoir and dam safety monitoring system is put forward,and the construction scheme of the data resource planning and application system is emphasized,and the mode of information-based operation and management of all related businesses in series reservoir is established.The construction results have effectively improved the informatization level of the reservoir of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps,which can be used for reference by other provincial water administration departments in reservoir informatization construction.
