穴位按摩通乳对哺乳期急性乳腺炎患者乳房疼痛及其炎症反应水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探索哺乳期急性乳腺炎的治疗方法。方法选取102例哺乳期急性乳腺炎患者,将其随机分为两组,各51例。两组均给予中药湿热敷,研究组加用穴位按摩,干预2周末观察乳房疼痛及炎症反应水平。结果干预后研究组乳房疼痛、乳房肿块大小、乳房红肿面积评分以及CRP、WBC、PCT水平改善程度均优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论中药湿热敷联合穴位按摩通乳可改善哺乳期急性乳腺炎患者乳房胀痛等症状,调节炎症反应水平。Objective To explore the treatment methods for acute mastitis during lactation.Methods 102 patients with acute mastitis during lactation were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 51 cases in each group.Both groups were given traditional Chinese medicine wet and hot compress,while the study group received acupoint massage.The intervention lasted for 2 weeks,and breast pain and inflammation levels were observed.Results After intervention,the study group showed better improvement in breast pain,breast lump size,breast redness and swelling area score,as well as CRP,WBC,and PCT levels compared to the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese medicine wet hot compress and acupoint massage can improve symptoms such as breast swelling and pain in patients with acute mastitis during lactation,and regulate the level of inflammatory response.
