摘　　要：评标专家是公共资源交易过程中的“阅卷人”,其打分公正性直接影响评标结果公正性。本文分析了现阶段专家在评标过程中存在的问题,同时结合人脸识别、行为分析等人工智能手段的发展情况,提出了一种基于相关智能技术进行专家行为分析、监管的新型系统应用方案。Bid evaluation experts are the"examiners"in the process of public resources trading,and the fairness of their scoring directly affects the fairness of bid evaluation results.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the bidding evaluation process of experts at the present stage,and combines the development of artificial intelligence methods such as face recognition and behavior analysis,and proposes a new system application scheme for expert behavior analysis and supervision based on relevant intelligent technologies.
