基于互联网+模式下住院病案复印预约流程改进与系统实现

摘　　要：为解决传统病案复印模式下等候周期久、排队时间长、复印手续繁琐、交通不便等问题,基于浏览器/服务器架构搭建病案复印预约平台。患方利用网络小程序住院病案复印申请模块实现住院病案复印在线申请、缴费、预约等功能;院方通过住院病案复印申请管理模块实现线上审核、收费、退费等功能,科室通过此模块设置工作排班、复印信息等基础参数。平台的应用大大提升了病案复印效率,合理优化病案复印工作量,缓解工作人员的压力。但线上预约病案复印的方式,仍存在着患方住院信息不完整无法预约、取件提前或过期等潜在问题,需要进一步完善解决方案,形成病案复印工作闭环管理,为推进病案复印管理数字化建设提供参考依据。In order to solve the problems of long time for waiting and queuing,complicated procedures and inconvenient transportation for copying medical records in the traditional copying mode,the medical record copying process is improved based on the Browser/Server architecture to build a medical record copying appointment platform.Patients use the online applet to realize the functions of online application,payment and appointment of inpatient medical records;hospital staffs can set basic parameters about copying information such as work scheduling through the management terminal and realize functions such as online review,charging and refund.The platform greatly improves the efficiency,reasonably optimizes the uneven busyness and idleness in the medical record copying work,relieves the pressure of the staff.At the same time,potential problems are also be found in this model,such as patient's request for the records without making an appointment,difficulties in making an appointment,the failure due to the incomplete patient's hospitalization information and the early or overdue of patient's pickup.And further solutions are proposed,which will be applied to the follow-up closed-loop management of the medical record copying work.This new mode can provide a reference for promoting the digital construction of medical record copying management.
