摘  要:通过对新型镍基耐热合金C-HRA-3中主元素含量变化进行热力学计算,对其在各温度下可能析出的第二相特征开展分析。结果表明:C-HRA-3合金中主要析出相有γ′和M_(23)C_(6),其中700℃时γ′相的析出量约3.7wt%,M_(23)C_(6)相的析出量约1.11wt%。C元素对M_(23)C_(6)相的析出量、回溶温度以及合金的熔点有显著影响。Co元素对析出相和熔点的影响较小。Mo元素对M_(6)C相的析出行为有决定性作用。Al和Ti含量的增加会明显增加γ′相的析出量和回溶温度。Nb元素对γ′相的析出量没有影响,但对Nb在γ′相的组成元素占比有显著影响。By conducting thermodynamic calculations on the changes in the content of main elements in a novel nickel-based heat-resistant alloy C-HRA-3,the possible characteristics of the second phase that might precipitate at various temperatures were analyzed.The results show that the main precipitated phases in C-HRA-3 alloy areγ′and M_(23)C_(6),with a precipitation amount of approximately 3.7wt%forγ′phase and 1.11wt%for M_(23)C_(6)phase at 700℃.The C element has a significant impact on the precipitation amount,redissolution temperature and melting point of M_(23)C_(6)phase in the alloy.The effect of Co element on the precipitation phase and melting point is relatively small.The Mo element plays a decisive role in the precipitation behavior of M_(6)C phase.The increase in Al and Ti content will significantly increase the precipitation amount and redissolution temperature of theγ′-phase.The Nb element has no effect on the precipitation amount ofγ′-phase,but has a significant impact on the proportion of Nb in the composition elements of theγ′-phase.
