摘  要:为了更准确高效地测量航空发动机涡轮导向器最小排气面积,提出一种基于3维空间的排气平面扫掠的最小面积计算方法。这项工作通过分别测量与计算双联、4联与全环导叶的最小排气面积,分析对比了该结果与设计值、三坐标测量的差异。结果表明:非接触激光测量方式下测得的最小面积误差并未随被测面积增大而呈相近比例增大,与三坐标测得结果较为相近,且二者极差的波动在0.184 cm^(2)以内,一定程度验证了该计算方法的正确性和准确性。该测量系统的重复性和稳定性指标仅为10.2%,且3位作业员测量10件导向器叶片的最小排气面积极差最大仅0.025cm^(2),可认为该方法能满足工程使用要求。In order to measure the throat area of aeroengine turbine Nozzle Guide Vanes(NGVs)accurately and efficiently,a calcula-tion method for throat area based on 3D spatial plane scanning was proposed.The throat area of duplex,quadruplex,and full-ring NGVs were measured and calculated,and their differences with the design values and the Coordinate Measuring Machine(CMM)measurement results were analyzed and compared,respectively.The results show that the throat area errors of the non-contact laser measurement do not increase proportionally with the increase of the measured area,which are similar to the CMM measurement results with a range variation of 0.184 cm^(2),verifying the correctness and accuracy of the proposed method to a certain extent.The Gage Repeatability and Reproducibility(GR&R)of the measuring system is only 10.2%,and the range of the throat area from 10 NGVs measured by three operators is only 0.025 cm^(2),which means that this method can meet the engineering requirements.
