并列复合中空再生聚酯短纤维的结构与性能

摘  要:为合理回收再利用废弃聚酯、缓解环境资源压力,以聚酯瓶片和聚酯泡料为原料,制备了高低黏再生并列复合中空短纤维。采用光学显微镜、场发射扫描电镜、差示扫描量热法(DSC)、二维广角X射线衍射等测试手段进行测试与分析,结果表明:特性黏度差小的1^(#)样品的中空度约为15.5%,黏度差大的2^(#)样品的中空度约为18.6%,黏度差越大,中空度越大;2^(#)样品的膨松度V_(2)约为57.8 cm^(3)/g,压缩性弹回复率约为80.0%,1^(#)样品的膨松度V_(2)约为34.0 cm^(3)/g,压缩性弹回复率约为69.0%;2^(#)样品的保暖性能优于1^(#)样品,在面密度为100 g/m^(2)时,保暖值约为5.47 clo,而1^(#)样品的保暖值为3.95 clo。DSC得到的结晶度与二维广角X射线衍射谱图和一维积分X射线衍射谱图表明两种并列复合纤维的结晶性能没有明显区别。半峰宽计算得到的结果表明1^(#)样品的取向度略高于2^(#)样品。研究结果为回收再利用废旧聚酯开发生产高附加值差别化纤维提供了借鉴。In order to recycling and reuse waste polyester and reduce the environmental and resource pres⁃sure,the parallel composite hollow polyester staple fiber with high and low viscosity was prepared using polyester bottle chips and foam as raw materials.Optical microscopy,field emission scanning electron micro⁃scope,differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),and two-dimensional wide-angle X-ray diffraction were used for testing and analysis.The results show that the hollowness of sample 1 with small intrinsic viscosity differ⁃ence is about 15.5%,and the hollowness of sample 2 with large viscosity difference is about 18.6%.The larg⁃er the viscosity difference,the larger the hollowness.The bulkiness V_(2)of sample 2 is about 57.8 cm^(3)/g,and the compressive elastic recovery rate is about 80.0%.The bulkiness V_(2)of sample 1 is about 34.0 cm^(3)/g,and the compressive elastic recovery rate is about 69.0%.The thermal performance of sample 2 is better than that of sample 1.When the areal density is 100 g/m^(2),the thermal value is about 5.47 clo,while the thermal value of sample 1 is 3.95 clo.The crystallinity obtained by DSC and the two-dimensional wide-angle Xray diffraction spectrum and the one-dimensional integral X-ray diffraction spectrum show that there is no significant difference in the crystallization properties of the two parallel composite fibers.The results of half-peak width calculation show that the orientation degree of sample 1 is slightly higher than that of sam⁃ple 2.The research results provide a reference for the recycling of waste polyester to develop and produce high value-added differentiated fibers.
