摘 要:为了研究风浪分布对漂浮式机组整机不同位置疲劳载荷影响,选取某5MW机组,结合正交试验方法,设计在不同环境因素下多水平的仿真工况,利用丹麦技术大学(DTU)风电机组仿真软件HAWC2进行时序仿真。对整机不同坐标系载荷时序基于雨流计数进行疲劳载荷统计,并根据试验分析比较不同因素的影响程度。结果表明:风电机组在常用五大坐标系生命周期内,受风浪分布不同因素的影响存在较大差异;在360°方位角和常用波浪周期分布统计内,影响最严重的因素水平。研究成果可为漂浮式风机整机设计中疲劳载荷分析提供参考意义,并减少设计初期针对某具体结构疲劳载荷分析的仿真工况数量。In order to study the influence of wind and wave distribution on the fatigue load at different positions of the floating wind turbine,multi-level simulation conditions under different environmental factors are designed on a 5 MW turbine in combination with orthogonal experimental methods.DTU wind turbine simulation software HAWC2 is used for time series simulation.Fatigue load statistics based on rain flow counting are performed for different coordinate system load sequences of the whole machine,and the influence of different factors is compared by experimental analysis.The results show that there are significant differences in the impact of different factors on the distribution of wind and waves within the life cycle of the 5 commonly used coordinate systems for wind turbines.It is also pointed out that the level of factors most severely affected is in the 360°azimuth and wave period distribution statistics.The research results can provide reference significance for fatigue load analysis in the design of floating wind turbines,and reduce the number of simulation conditions for the fatigue load analysis of a specific structure at the initial design stage.
