摘 要:对颤振问题的优化思路仅从气动或结构单一方向分析容易陷入瓶颈,气动设计时考虑的角度较少,后续结构设计中容易出现从结构角度难以优化的振动问题。文章基于商业软件Bladed构建大兆瓦级风力发电机组气弹仿真简化模型,以某大兆瓦级机组126m叶片为研究对象,开展预弯对叶片振动的影响研究,揭示叶片气动外形与结构变形间的相互作用以及最终对叶片振动的影响。At present,the optimization approach to flutter problems tends to face bottlenecks when analyzed from a single direction,either aerodynamic or structural.The aerodynamic design often overlooks certain aspects,resulting in vibration problems that are difficult to optimize from a structural perspective in subsequent structural designs.The commercial software Bladed is used to construct a simplified model for the aerodynamic-elastic simulation of a large megawatt wind turbine system.The study focuses on the 126 m blade of a large megawatt turbine and investigates the effect of pre-bending on blade vibration.The research aims to uncover the interaction between aerodynamic shape and structural deformation of the blade,and ultimately,the effect on blade vibration.
