海上风电机组塔架2阶阻尼器支架结构设计及优化

摘  要:海上风力发电机组所受外载荷相比于陆上机组更复杂,且其疲劳载荷直接关系到风电机组的寿命和结构安全。针对海上大容量的机组,通过开发设计2阶阻尼器结构来保障2阶振动的安全,同时降低塔架疲劳载荷,对降本增效起到比较大的作用。运用ANSYS软件,针对某海上项目8MW风电机组2阶阻尼器支架结构进行仿真计算,主要包括2阶阻尼器与塔架焊接螺柱极限和疲劳强度分析;阻尼器支架极限和运输工况强度分析;分析对比不同疲劳算法及不同焊接螺柱支架形式对其疲劳强度影响。结果表明:海上塔架2阶阻尼器支架结构极限强度由运输工况控制;疲劳时序算法与应力集中系数(SCF)疲劳算法结果很接近,相差不大,考虑项目周期要求时可按照SCF疲劳算法来计算结构疲劳损伤;2阶阻尼器焊接螺柱疲劳SCF优化结果显示,焊接螺柱直径、支架刚度、焊接螺柱数量、焊接螺柱和塔架角度均会影响到其SCF值,其中支架刚度的影响最大,焊接螺柱与塔架垂直、螺柱数量增多和螺柱直径变小均会使SCF值减小。研究成果可为海上风电机组塔架2阶阻尼器支架结构设计提供一定参考。The external load of an offshore wind turbine is more complex than that of an onshore wind turbine,and its fatigue load is directly related to the life and structural safety of wind turbine.The second-order dampers are designed to ensure the safety of the second-order vibration and reduce the fatigue load of the tower.In this paper,ANSYS software is used to simulate the second-order damper support structure of an 8 MW wind turbine offshore project the influence of different fatigue algorithms and different types of welded stud support on the fatigue strength was analyzed and compared.The results show that the ultimate strength of the support structure is controlled by the transportation conditions,and the results of the fatigue time series algorithm and the SCF fatigue algorithm are very close,with little difference,the fatigue damage of the structure can be calculated according to the SCF fatigue algorithm when the project cycle is considered,the diameter of welding stud,the rigidity of support,the number of welding stud,the angle of welding stud and tower all affect the SCF value,and the rigidity of support has the most influence on it,the SCF value of welding studs decreases with the increase of the number of studs and the decrease of studs diameter.The research results can provide some references for the structural design of the second-order dampers of offshore wind turbine towers.
