摘  要:某风电机组轮毂导流罩安装支架曾有部分发生开裂甚至断裂,造成机组停机。文章重点从产品生产质量(尤其是尺寸偏差)和装配角度2个方面进行断裂机理分析,查找到断裂原因,并制定出了2种加强改进方案进行对比分析,得出产品尺寸更加稳定、安装可调节且受力更好的改进方案,为后续机组的改进提供指导并为新装机的产品质量和装配提出相关要求。The bracket for the hub cover of wind turbine once cracked or even broke,caused the wind turbine to shut down.This paper focuses on the analysis of the cracking mechanism from two aspects of product quality(especially dimensional deviation)and assembly,and identifies the cause of the crack.Two strengthening improvement plans were developed for comparative analysis,and an improvement plan with more stable product size,adjustable installation and better stress was obtained,which provided guidance for subsequent wind turbine improvement and put forward relevant requirements for product quality and assembly of newly installed wind turbine.
