摘  要:为满足海上浮式风电装备25年的防腐需求,根据海上环境特点和海上浮式风电装备的结构特点,将其腐蚀环境分为大气区、飞溅区、全浸区、内部区和压载舱区等5大区域。在此基础上,参考防腐相关标准,对腐蚀分区环境内不同基材的防腐配套体系进行研究,提出对应的防腐涂层配套体系,并通过腐蚀加速试验验证涂层体系的可靠性。研究提出的海上浮式风电装备叶片、机舱、塔筒、浮式平台的防腐涂层体系可为海上浮式风电装备的防腐体系构建及优化奠定基础。To meet the 25-year anti-corrosion requirements of offshore floating wind power equipment.According to the characteristics of the offshore environment and the structural features of offshore floating wind power equipment,its corrosion environment is divided into five major areas:atmospheric zone,splash zone,fully immersed zone,internal zone,and ballast tank zone.With reference to the relevant anti-corrosion standards,the anti-corrosion supporting system of different substrates in the corrosion zone environment is studied.The corresponding anti-corrosion coating supporting system is proposed,and the reliability of the coating system is verified by the accelerated corrosion test.This study provides research results on the anti-corrosion coating system for offshore floating wind power equipment blades,nacelles,towers,and floating platforms,which can lay the foundation for the construction and optimization of anti-corrosion systems for offshore floating wind power equipment.
