摘 要:采用高温高压动态评价系统,研究了南海某油田N80管道钢在含H_(2)S和CO_(2)的环空保护液中的腐蚀行为,采用扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)、拉曼光谱仪、X射线衍射仪(XRD)等方法,分析了其腐蚀机理。结果表明:在该环境中,N80钢的腐蚀产物以Fe CO_(3)、Fe S为主,腐蚀速率随着腐蚀时间的延长而逐渐降低;早期腐蚀进程受到H_(2)S和CO_(2)共同控制,腐蚀产物粗糙不致密且存在大量凹槽和裂纹,腐蚀后期以CO_(2)控制为主,腐蚀产物层逐渐致密,产物颗粒尺寸增大,可对腐蚀性物质产生一定的阻隔作用。在CO_(2)腐蚀防护过程中,应严格控制H_(2)S等杂质气体的含量,延缓腐蚀发展。The corrosion behavior of N80 pipeline steel in annulus protection fluid containing H_(2)S and CO_(2)in an oilfield of South China Sea was studied by high temperature and high pressure dynamic evaluation system.The corrosion mechanism was analyzed by scanning electron microscope(SEM),energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS),Raman spectrometer and X-ray diffractometer(XRD).The results showed that in this environment,the corrosion products of N80 steel were mainly FeCO_(3)and FeS,and the corrosion rate gradually decreased with the increase of corrosion time.The early corrosion process was controlled by H_(2)S and CO_(2).The corrosion products were rough and not dense,and there were a large number of grooves and cracks.In the later stage of corrosion,the corrosion process were mainly controlled by CO_(2).The corrosion product layer was gradually dense,and the particle size of the product increased,which could produce a certain barrier effect on the corrosive substances.In the process of CO_(2)corrosion protection,the content of impurity gases such as H_(2)S should be strictly controlled to delay the development of corrosion.
