摘 要:为研究钢板梁桥支座部位腐蚀特征及其对结构承载力的影响,以加劲肋为分界线,建立钢板梁桥支座部位包括内腹板、外腹板、下翼缘和加劲肋的有限元模型,分析了腐蚀前应力分布状况,对比应力分布范围与实际支座腐蚀调查统计结果,给出可能的腐蚀形貌;在此基础上,还研究了支座各部位腐蚀形貌、腐蚀面积和腐蚀深度对结构承载力变化的影响,确定最不利的腐蚀工况。结果表明:荷载作用下,腹板应力分布形状为不规则椭圆形,下翼缘与加劲肋应力分布形状随应力增大,从椭圆形向矩形过渡;结构承载力随支座部位腐蚀面积、腐蚀深度的增大而减小,其中加劲肋腐蚀造成的影响最大;内腹板腐蚀形貌假定为矩形或外腹板腐蚀形貌假定为1/4椭圆形时,对结构承载力的削弱作用最明显。In order to study the corrosion characteristics of the bearing parts of the steel plate girder bridge and its influence on the bearing capacity of the structure,the finite element model of bearing parts of steel plate girder bridge including the inner web,the outer web,the lower flange and the stiffening rib was established by taking the stiffening rib as the dividing line.The stress distribution before corrosion was analyzed,and the possible corrosion morphology was given by comparing the stress distribution range with the statistical results of the actual bearing corrosion investigation.On this basis,the influence of corrosion morphology,corrosion area and corrosion depth of bearing parts on the bearing capacity of the structure was studied,and the most unfavorable corrosion conditions were determined.The results indicated that under the load,the stress distribution shape of the web was irregular ellipse,and the stress distribution shape of lower flange and stiffener increased with the stress,transitions from oval to rectangle.The bearing capacity of the structure decreased with larger corrosion areas and increased depth in the bearings,with the corrosion of the stiffening rib having the greatest impact.When assuming a rectangular corrosion morphology for the inner web or a 1/4 oval for the outer web,the weakening effect on the bearing capacity of the structure was most pronounced.
