摘 要:研究了不同屈服准则对2091铝合金板材各向异性行为的预测性能。首先对2091铝合金进行了不同方向上的单向拉伸试验,获取了材料的屈服强度、抗拉强度、伸长率和各向异性系数等力学性能参数,试验结果表明2091铝合金板材具有显著的各向异性。然后研究了Hill 48、Barlat 89和YLD 2000-2d这3种屈服准则并对其材料参数进行了求解,开发了相关的参数识别软件,在此基础上建立了2091铝合金在不同屈服准则下的屈服轨迹,Hill 48、Barlat 89和YLD 2000-2d屈服准则对材料各向异性预测的平均误差分别为14%、6%和2%。研究结果表明,相比Hill 48和Barlat 89,YLD 2000-2d能够更加准确地描述2091铝合金的各向异性行为。The prediction performance of different yield criteria on the anisotropy behavior was studied for 2091 aluminum alloy sheets.Firstly,the uniaxial tensile tests were conducted along different directions,and the mechanical properties parameters,mainly including yield strength,tensile strength,elongation and anisotropy coefficient were obtained.The test results show that 2091 aluminum alloy sheet has significant anisotropy.Then,Hill 48,Barlat 89 and YLD 2000-2d yield criteria were investigated and the material parameters were determined.The relevant parameter identification software was developed.Finally,the yield locus of 2091 aluminum alloy under different yield criteria was established.The average errors of Hill 48,Barlat 89 and YLD 2000-2d yield criteria for material anisotropy prediction are 14%,6%and 2%,respectively.The research results show that YLD 2000-2d can accurately describe the anisotropj behavior of 2091 aluminum alloy compared with Hill 48 and Barlat 89.
