摘 要:为研究低碳钢冷镦变形过程中温度对材料变形行为的影响,以10钢为例,采用热模拟压缩变形试验模拟10钢在冷镦过程中的变形条件,具体参数为变形温度为20~270℃、变形速率为0.1~10 s^(-1)、变形程度约为0.7。通过对21组不同变形温度、不同应变速率条件下的流变应力曲线、峰值应力及金相组织形貌进行分析,分别对该材料在以200℃为临界温度发生的热软化行为和热硬化行为进行阐释,提出了对后续冷镦成形工艺参数的控制要求。基于Hansel-Spittel模型,建立10钢在200℃以下考虑材料热软化效应的流变应力模型。该模型预测值与试验值的线性相关系数为0.98,相对平均误差为3.46%,说明该流变应力模型能够准确预测10钢在200℃以下的流变行为。To investigate the influence of temperature on the deformation behavior of low carbon steel during cold heading process,taking 10 steel as the subject,the hot compression tests were conducted to simulate the deformation conditions during cold heading process.The specific parameters include temperature ranging from 20℃to 270℃,strain rate ranging from 0.1 s^(-1) to 10 s^(-1),and the compression de-formation is about 0.7.By analyzing 21 groups of flow stress curves,peak stress and metallographic morphology at different deformation temperatures and strain rates,the thermal softening behavior and thermal hardening behavior of the material below and above the critical temperature of 200℃were expounded and interpreted,respectively.The control requirements for subsequent cold heading forming process parameters were proposed.Based on the Hansel-Spittel model,the flow stress model for 10 steel below 200℃considering the thermal softening effect was established.The linear correlation coefficient between the predicted value and the test value is 0.98.The relative average error is 3.46%.The flow stress model is proved to be able to accurately predict the flow stress behavior of 10 steel be-low 200℃.
