摘  要:以十一辊矫直机为研究对象,基于Miner理论建立了矫直辊使用寿命预测公式,分析了影响矫直辊使用寿命的主要因素。并通过数值计算与摩擦磨损试验,得到理论计算的寿命为88天,模拟得到的寿命为72天,两者的误差约为15%,理论计算的磨损寿命与试验获得的磨损寿命误差约为8%。通过模拟值、理论计算值以及实验数据得到的结果充分验证了矫直辊寿命预测公式的可行性,由于理想状态下所做模拟试验与实际条件有所差异,因此计算得到的理论值与实际值之间有一定误差,但误差可控。The 11-roller straightener was taken as the research object,and the prediction formula of service life of straightening rollers was established based on the Miner theory,and the main factors affecting the service life of the straightening roller were analyzed.Through numerical calculation and friction and wear experiments,the theoretical service life is 88 days,and the simulated service life is 72 days,and the error between the two is about 15%,and the error between the theoretical calculated and the experimental wear service life is a-bout 8%.The feasibility of the service life prediction formula of the straightening roller was fully verified by the simulated values,the the-oretical calculated values and the experimental data,because of the difference between the simulation experiment and the actual conditions under the ideal state,there is a certain error between the theoretical calculated values and the actual values,but the error is controllable.
