摘 要:为探究140 MPa高压压裂泵泵头体内腔锥面处裂纹扩展问题,利用Abaqus有限元软件和FE-Safe疲劳分析软件对泵头体锥面安全性及裂纹扩展过程进行分析,最后利用效应面法对泵头体锥面剩余寿命影响因素进行归纳总结,得出结论:在现有设计下,泵头体在承压140 MPa后满足材料强度要求,但内腔锥面处安全系数小于0.75,属于易引发疲劳裂纹扩展的危险区域;锥面处的裂纹属于张开型裂纹,在扩展的过程中,裂纹面形状系数稳定在1.1,裂纹面形状不受初始裂纹形状影响;在标准工况下,插入0.4 mm×0.2 mm的微裂纹,泵头体的剩余寿命为2.04×10^(5)次;经过效应面法分析,剩余寿命的影响因素权重排序为:应力比>锥角>过盈量,并得出考虑3个因素的剩余寿命计算公式(140 MPa工作压力时)。To investigate the problem of crack propagation at the conical surface of the pump head body of 140 MPa high-pressure fractu-ring pump,Abaqus finite element software and FE-Safe fatigue analysis software were used to analyze the safety and crack propagation process of the conical surface of pump head body.Finally,the effect surface method was used to summarize the factors affecting the remai-ning life of the pump head body conical surface.The conclusion was drawn that under the existing design,the pump head meets the mate-rial strength requirements after being pressurized at 140 MPa,but the safety factor at the conical surface of the inner cavity is less than 0.75,which is a dangerous area that is prone to fatigue crack propagation.The crack at the conical surface belongs to the open type crack.During the propagation process,the shape coefficient of the crack surface remains stable at 1.1,and the shape of the crack surface is not affected by the initial crack shape.Under standard operating conditions,the remaining life of the pump head body is 2.04×10^(5) times when a micro crack of 0.4 mm×0.2 mm is inserted.After analysis using the effect surface method,the weight ranking of the influ-encing factors on remaining life is stress ratio>cone angle>interference fit,and the formula for calculating the remaining life considering three factors is derived(at a working pressure of 140 MPa).
