摘 要:为了研究半潜船浮箱借助滑移小车运载到特制轨道上进行移动作业的风险,指导浮箱移动作业安全开展,对浮箱的结构、设备以及其他附件等建立模型,通过模型计算质量重心,确保浮箱移动计算的准确性。根据船舶停靠区域的海况,采用三维势流理论方法计算该船的横向加速度,并根据横向加速度计算浮箱的惯性力。根据计算结果来预测浮箱移动过程中发生倾覆和相对位移的可能性,确保浮箱移动过程的安全性。结果表明,浮箱不会出现位移或倾覆的可能。该分析提高了浮箱移动作业的安全性,可为其他船舶进行浮箱移动时提供借鉴。In order to study the risk of the pontoon moving of semi-submersible ship on the special track by means of sliding car,and to guide the safety of pontoon moving,the structure,equipment and other accessories of the pontoon are modeled,and the weight center of gravity is calculated through the model to ensure the accuracy of the calculation of the moving of the pontoon.According to the sea conditions of the docking area of the ship,the lateral acceleration of the ship is calculated using the method of three-dimensional potential flow theory,and the inertial force of the pontoon is calculated according to the lateral acceleration.The possibility of overturning and relative displacement is predicted according to the calculation to ensure the safety of the pontoon moving process.The results show that there is no possibility of displacement or overturning of the pontoon.The analysis improves the safety of pontoon moving operation and provides reference for other ships when moving pontoon.
