摘  要:工装脚手架是船舶建造过程中必不可少的辅助工装,而结构干涉一直是工装脚手架搭设作业难以回避的问题。以极地多用途运输船为依托,通过梳理设计过程中工装脚手架的数字化设计思路,从设计方法、技术难点和解决策略等方面进行分析,提出一种应用三维模拟技术解决工装脚手架结构干涉问题的方法,结果表明:该方法可有效降低现场工装脚手架出现干涉情况的几率。研究结果对船舶工装脚手架的干涉避碰问题解决具有一定的参考价值。Scaffolds are essential auxiliary tools in the shipbuilding process,and structural interference has always been a problem that cannot be avoided during the installation of scaffolds.Taking a polar multifunctional transport ship as an example,By combing the digital design ideas of tooling scaffolding in the design process,the design methods,technical difficulties,solution strategies and other aspects are analyzed.A method of applying 3D simulation technology to solve the structural interference problem of scaffolds is proposed.The results show that this method can effectively reduce the probability of interference of scaffolds.The research results have certain reference value for solving the interference and collision problem of scaffolds.
