摘 要:类淋巴系统(glymphatic system,GS)是近年来神经科学领域发现的重要的废物清除机制。随着MRI技术的发展,GS的结构和功能得以在活体中观察和研究。尽管GS损伤与多种神经系统疾病相关,尤其是神经退行性疾病,但其在脑肿瘤中的研究仍相对不足。本综述将详细阐述GS的解剖结构、生理功能及损伤因素,介绍基于MRI的主要评估技术,并探讨GS在脑肿瘤病理变化中的作用及其在脑肿瘤诊疗中的潜在临床应用,旨在为该领域的研究提供新的视角和方法。The glymphatic system(GS),a pivotal mechanism for waste clearance in the central nervous system,has emerged as a significant discovery in the realm of neuroscience in recent years.Advancements in MRI technology have enabled the non-invasive observation and investigation of GS's structure and function in vivo.While the dysfunction of the GS has been related to a myriad of neurological conditions,particularly within the spectrum of neurodegenerative diseases,its role in the context of brain tumors has been less extensively explored.This review comprehensively summarizes the anatomy and physiology of the GS,identifies factors that can damage it,and introduces principal MRI-based assessment methods.It explores the role of the GS in the pathological changes associated with brain tumors and discusses its potential applications in the diagnosis and treatment of these tumors,aiming to provide novel perspectives and methodologies for research in this field.
