摘 要:为探究区间隧道开挖对车站主体结构受力变形影响,以乌鲁木齐某地铁车站修建工程为背景,采用有限元分析软件建立地铁车站与区间隧道开挖模型,研究区间隧道开挖对车站主体变形的影响规律,结合现场监测数据验证了数值模拟的可靠性。研究结果表明:车站主体结构开挖初期顶板部位沉降较大,随着开挖与支护跟进,沉降逐渐变小;区间隧道开挖时,左右线不同开挖次序会引起区间隧道不同的沉降值,实际施工应及时支护,实时监测,防止单侧沉降过大;区间隧道开挖时,距离车站主体越近,开挖对车站主体结构影响越大。现场实测结果表明,初支与二衬间的接触压力大于初支所受的围岩压力,拱肩部位受力大于其他部位受力。研究为类似工程的变形控制和安全施工提供了借鉴。To investigate the influence of interval tunnel excavation on the stress and deformation of a subway station's main structure,this study takes a subway station construction project in Urumqi as the background.A finite element model encompassing both the station and the interval tunnels was established,and the reliability of the numerical simulation was validated by field monitoring data.The results indicate that,in the initial phase of station excavation,the top slab undergoes larger settlement,which gradually diminishes as excavation advances and support measures are implemented.During the interval tunnel excavation,different excavation sequences of the left and right lines lead to varying settlement behaviors,emphasizing the need for immediate support and real-time monitoring to prevent excessive unilateral settlement.Furthermore,the closer the tunnel excavation face is to the main station structure,the more pronounced its impact on the station.On-site measurements reveal that the contact pressure between the initial support and the secondary lining exceeds the surrounding rock pressure experienced by the initial support,and that the arch shoulder endures higher stress compared to other structural parts.These findings can provide useful references for controlling deformation and ensuring safety for similar tunnel construction projects.
