摘 要:康渝高铁青峰隧道出口山坡陡峭,须从洞内向外进行出洞施工。基于隧道出口段的地形及工程地质特点,采用三维数值模拟方法对注浆小导管超前支护下的三台阶法出洞施工方案进行了计算分析,验证了出洞方案的可行性。出洞施工过程中的拱顶沉降及钢架应力监测结果证明,所采取的出洞方案能够保证青峰隧道出洞施工的安全性。The Qingfeng Tunnel, part of the Kang-Yu High-Speed Railway, is situated on a steep slope at its outlet,necessitating an exit tunnelling approach from within tunnel outward. Based on the topographical andengineering geological characteristics of the tunnel exit section,a construction scheme employing the three-step method with advanced support provided by small grouting pipes was developed.Three-dimensional numerical simulations were conducted to analyze the deformation and stress conditions of the support system under various construction scenarios,thereby verifying the feasibility of the exit tunneling scheme.Monitoring results of vault settlement and steel frame stresses during the exit tunneling process demonstrate that the adopted construction method effectively ensures the safety and stability of the Qingfeng Tunnel during its exit phase.
