摘 要:为提高长江堤防南京段的安全监测智能化、信息化、数字化水平,本文利用卫星遥感图像、振弦式渗压计与GNSS监测一体机等技术手段对堤防安全监测进行了研究。结果表明,卫星遥感图像可实现长江堤防管理范围内全地貌图像的对比,助力堤防安全无死角监测;振弦式渗压计可实时观测堤防内部渗透压力,依此判断堤防是否存在管涌、流土等安全隐患;GNSS监测一体机可提供毫米级的沉降位移监测,延长了堤防安全隐患预警时间。智能化安全监测设备为水利工程管理提供了有效数据支撑,能够进一步推进水利工程安全数据动态监测,加快水网监测体系智慧发展。In order to improve the intelligence,informatization,and digitalization level of safety monitoring for the Nanjing section of the Yangtze River embankment,this paper studies the safety monitoring of the embankment using satellite remote sensing images,vibrating wire seepage pressure gauges,and GNSS monitoring integrated machine.The results show that satellite remote sensing images enables comprehensive terrain comparison within the embankment management area,facilitating seamless safety monitoring.Vibrating wire piezometers provide real-time observation of internal seepage pressure within the embankment,allowing for the identification of safety hazards such as piping and soil erosion.GNSS monitoring integrated machine provides millimeter level settlement displacement monitoring and extends the warning time for potential embankment safety risks.Intelligent safety monitoring equipment provides robust data support for water conservancy project management,advancing dynamic monitoring of safety data and accelerating the intelligent development of water network monitoring systems.
