摘 要:随着物联网、大数据、人工智能等技术的快速发展,水利工程建设与数字技术的融合日益深入。本文针对水利工程建设与数字化技术融合存在的短板与瓶颈,基于数字孪生技术的特点,并结合云南省信息化建设相关案例,对水利工程建设管理的现实困境进行了分析。从开展智能感知与信息监测建设、优化当前水利工程建设管理体系、构建综合高效的水利工程运维管理平台、数字技术赋能水利工程基础设施建设四个方面,探索了数字孪生技术赋能水利工程建设管理的技术思路。结果表明,若加大技术创新和资金投入,完善制度建设,推进数字孪生水利工程建设由试点示范向大范围推广转变,将为未来水利工程建设管理提供有力支撑。With the rapid development of technologies such as the Internet of Things,big data,and artificial intelligence,the integration of water conservancy project construction and digital technologies is becoming increasingly close.This paper addresses the shortcomings and bottlenecks in the fusion of water conservancy project construction and digital technologies.Based on the characteristics of digital twin technology and related informatization construction cases in Yunnan Province,it analyzes the practical challenges in water conservancy project construction and management.From four perspectives—developing intelligent perception and information monitoring systems,optimizing the current management system for water conservancy project construction,building an integrated and efficient water conservancy operation and maintenance management platform,and empowering water conservancy infrastructure construction with digital technology—it explores technical approaches to leveraging digital twin technology in water conservancy project construction and management.The results indicate that increasing technological innovation and financial investment,improving institutional frameworks,and promoting the transition of digital twin water conservancy construction from pilot demonstrations to large-scale implementation will provide strong support for the future development of water conservancy project construction and management.
