摘 要:新疆鼠尾草广泛分布在新疆戈壁荒原,在民间大多以全草入药,功效主要为清热解毒、止咳祛痰、消肿利尿等。本实验探究鼠尾草叶中可能含有的化学成分;对鼠尾草叶粉末进行紫外光谱、红外光谱、近红外光谱、三维荧光光谱的谱学信息测定。实验结果得知,红外光谱显示鼠尾草叶中存在羧基、碳氧键、苯环、羟基、醛基等基团,鼠尾草叶粗粉和细粉的红外光谱图高度相似,且主要官能团的红外吸收均不发生变化,提示鼠尾草叶超微粉碎不破坏其化学成分,能够保持鼠尾草叶的生物活性;近红外光谱说明鼠尾草叶中的化学成分结构中存在羟基、苯环等基团,且超微粉碎不破坏其主要基团;三维荧光光谱说明鼠尾草叶粗粉和细粉水提取液在相同位置处均有一个峰;无水乙醇提取液中粗粉有两个较强的峰,细粉有两个较弱的峰;石油醚提取液中粗粉没有峰,细粉有一个强峰和一个弱峰。该研究通过对鼠尾草叶的光谱学特征为鼠尾草叶的进一步开发利用奠定基础。Salvia deserta Schang is widely distributed in the Gobi desert of Xinjiang.In folk medi-cine,most of the Salvia deserta Schang is used as a whole herb for its medicinal effects,mainly including clearing heat and toxicity,relieving cough and phlegm,and reducing swelling and promoting urination.This experiment explores the possible chemical components in the leaves of Salvia deserta Schang.The spectroscopic information of the leaf powder of Salvia deserta Schang was determined by UV spectrum,IR spectrum,NIR spectrum,and three-dimensional fluorescence spectrum.The experimental results show that the mid-IR spectrum shows the existence of carboxyl groups,carbon-oxygen bonds,benzene rings,hy-droxyl groups,and aldehyde groups in the leaves of Salvia deserta Schang.The IR spectra of the coarse and fine powders of Salvia deserta Schang leaves are highly similar,and the main functional groups'IR ab-sorption does not change,suggesting that the supermicron grinding of Salvia deserta Schang leaves does not damage its chemical components and can maintain its biological activity.The NIR spectrum shows that the chemical components in the structure of Salvia deserta Schang leaves contain hydroxyl groups and ben-zene rings,and the supermicron grinding does not damage the main groups.The three-dimensional fluores-cence spectrum shows that the coarse and finepowders of Salvia deserta Schang leaves have a peak at the same position in the water extract solution,while the ethanol extract solution of the coarse powder has two strong peaks,the fine powder has two weak peaks,and the petroleum ether extract solution of the coarse powder has no peak,while the fine powder has one strong peak and one weak peak.This study lays a foun-dation for further development and utilization of Salvia deserta Schang leaves by exploring its spectroscopic characteristics.
