摘 要:为探究沙漠砂强化混凝处理高浊矿井水的效果,采用沙漠微砂、阴离子PAM与FeCl_(3)作为混凝剂体系,以煤矿煤粉和岩粉模拟的高浊度矿井水为研究对象,对三者投加量组成、投加顺序、搅拌强度和pH条件对除浊效果的影响进行试验研究。同时通过分析水样浊度、颗粒Zeta电位以及絮凝体清晰沉淀面出现时间分析了三者及其组合的混凝机理。结果表明,6000 NTU高浊矿井水的混凝处理最佳条件为在原水碱度下,先投加4 g/L重砂300 r/min下搅拌1 min,其次投加0.8 mg/L PAM在300 r/min下搅拌1 min,之后再投加96 mg/L FeCl3在300 r/min下搅拌4 min,最后共同在50 r/min下慢搅5 min。搅拌后,原水Zeta电位接近“0”电位,絮凝体清晰沉淀面出现时间为52 s,经过20 min沉淀后原水浊度能达到3 NTU以下。分析表明高浊度矿井水混凝过程中,三者组合中沙漠微砂不但有压载密实作用,而且强化了体系的吸附电中和作用。沙漠微砂应用于强化混凝处理高浊矿井水完全可行,而且能提高处理效率,减少处理成本。In order to explore the effect of desert sand enhanced coagulation treatment of high turbidity mine water,desert and rock powder was taken as the research object.The influence of dosage composition,dosing sequence,stirring intensity and pH conditions on turbidity removal effect was studied experimentally.At the same time,the coagulation mechanism of the three and their combinations was analyzed respectively by analyzing the turbidity of water samples,Zeta potential of particles and the appearance time of clear sedimentation surface of flocs.The results show that the optimum condition of coagulation treatment of 6000 NTU high turbidity mine water is to add 4 g/L micro-sand at 300 r/min for 1 min,then add 0.8 mg/L PAM at 300 r/min for 1min,then add 96 mg/L FeCl_(3) at 300 r/min for 4 min,and finally stir together at 50 r/min for 5 min.After stirring,the Zeta potential of raw water is close to"0"potential,the clear sedimentation surface of flocs appears after 52 seconds,and the turbidity of raw water can reach below 3 NTU after 20 min sedimentation.The analysis shows that in the coagulation process of high turbidity mine water,the desert micro-sand not only has ballast compaction,but also strengthens the adsorption and electricity neutralization of the system.The application of desert micro-sand in enhanced coagulation treatment of high turbidity mine water is completely feasible,and can improve the treatment efficiency and reduce the treatment cost.
