摘  要:传统的铁碳微电解材料主要用于降解有机物、除重金属和废水脱色,但其吸氮除磷效果差,且易板结、钝化、净水效果差、不能再生,限制了它的广泛应用。本文以铁粉、碳粉、绿沸石、炉渣、粘结剂等为原料,采用煅烧法制得兼具吸氮除磷脱碳功能的新型铁碳微电解复合材料(CIZS),并对CIZS的形貌结构、物理性质进行了表征,对其最佳制备条件、最佳水处理条件、再生性能、吸附动力学等进行了探究。结果表明,CIZS的最佳制备条件为铁碳质量比为3∶1,绿沸石∶炉渣∶铁碳材料的质量比为5∶1∶9,此时所得CIZS孔隙率高,表面粗糙,筒压强度18.33 MPa,1 h吸水率24.68%,堆积密度894.8 kg/m^(3)。CIZS的最佳水处理条件为:在25℃下,废水初始pH=3,在200 mL废水中投加7 g CIZS、1 mL H_(2)O_(2),处理12 h后的COD、NH_(4)^(+)-N、TP的去除率最高,分别为93.54%、84.41%、92.90%。CIZS再生3次去除效果无明显下降,最佳再生方式为超声+NaCl浸泡。CIZS对NH_(4)^(+)-N、TP的吸附过程主要以化学吸附为主,均符合准二级动力学。研究结果能为废弃物的资源化利用和水处理领域提供新技术和新材料。The traditional iron-carbon micro-electrolysis materials are mainly used to degrade organic matter,remove heavy metals and decolorize wastewater,but their limited effect of nitrogen absorption and phosphorus removal limits their wide application.In this paper,a new type of iron-carbon micro-electrolysis composite material(CIZS)with the functions of nitrogen absorption,phosphorus removal and decarburization was prepared with iron powder,carbon powder,chlorzeolite,slag and binder as raw materials by calcination method.The morphology and physical properties of CIZS were characterized,and its optimal preparation conditions,optimal water treatment conditions,regeneration performance and adsorption kinetics were explored.The results showed that the optimal preparation conditions of CIZS are as follows:the mass ratio of iron to carbon is 3:1,and the mass ratio of chlorolite:the ratio of the slag/iron/carbon is 5:1:9.At this time,the obtained CIZS has high porosity,rough surface,cylinder pressure strength of 18.33 MPa,1 h water absorption rate of 24.68%,and bulk density of 894.8 kg/m^(3).The optimal water treatment conditions of CIZS are as follows:the initial pH of wastewater is 3 at 25℃,7 g CIZS is added to 200 mL actual wastewater,and 1 mL H_(2)O_(2) is added and treated for 12 h.At this time,the removal rates of COD,NH_(4)^(+)-N and TP are 93.54%,84.41% and 92.90%,respectively.The removal effect of CIZS is not significantly decreased after 3 times regeneration,and the best regeneration method is ultrasound+NaCl immersion.The adsorption process of NH_(4)^(+)-N and TP by CIZS is mainly chemical adsorption,which conforms to quasi-second-order kinetics.The results can provide new technologies and materials for waste recycling and water treatment.
