摘 要:采用电渗析技术处理稀土冶炼高盐废水,研究了电压、极室流速、原料室流速、盐浓度、酸度、混盐比例(xNaCl+yCaCl_(2))、萃取剂P507浓度等参数对脱盐效率的影响,考察了最优参数条件下,电渗析处理实际稀土冶炼高盐废水的脱盐效能。结果表明,脱盐率与电压、极室流速、原料室流速、盐浓度、酸度有较强的相关性,脱盐率随着电压的增加而不断升高,随着极室流速、原料室流速、盐浓度的增加呈现先升高后降低趋势;酸度对脱盐效率有一定的抑制作用;低浓度的P507对脱盐率影响较小;电渗析时间220 min时,不同比例的混盐的脱盐率均达到了95%以上且脱盐效能接近。结果表明,电渗析技术能有效处理稀土冶炼高盐废水,当电渗析时间220min时,实际稀土冶炼高盐废水脱盐率为99.5%、回收率达到91.7%以上。Electrodialysis technology was used to treat high salt wastewater from rare earth smelting.The effects of parameters such as voltage,electrode chamber flow rate,raw material chamber flow rate,salt concentration,acidity,mixed salt ratio(xNaCl+yCaCl_(2)),and extractant P507 concentration on desalination efficiency were studied.The desalination efficiency of electrodialysis treatment of actual high salt wastewater from rare earth smelting was investigated under the optimal parameter conditions.The results show that the desalination rate has a strong correlation with voltage,electrode chamber flow rate,raw material chamber flow rate,salt concentration,and acidity.The desalination rate continuously increases with the increase of voltage,and shows a trend of first increasing and then decreasing with the increase of electrode chamber flow rate,raw material chamber flow rate,and salt concentration;Acidity has a certain inhibitory effect on desalination efficiency.The low concentration of P507 has a relatively small impact on the desalination rate.When the electrodialysis time is 220 min,the desalination rate of different proportions of mixed salts reaches over 95% and the desalination efficiency is close.The results show that electrodialysis technology can effectively treat high salt wastewater from rare earth smelting.When electrodialysis time is 220 min,the actual desalination rate of high salt wastewater from rare earth smelting is 99.5%,and the recovery rate reaches over 91.7%.
