摘 要:沸石因为便宜且具有多孔结构在水处理中得到了广泛应用。本研究采用NaOH和NaCl对沸石进行改性,用改性沸石去除泡菜废水中的氨氮,结合SEM、XRD、BET、FTIR进行机理分析,同时测定了pH、投加量、反应时间、动态、静态因素对去除氨氮的影响。研究结果表明:用0.6 mol/L NaOH和0.6 mol/L NaCl联合改性斜发沸石,改性后显著提高了斜发沸石的氨氮吸附能力,在pH为8、投加量为20 g、反应时间1.5 h反应条件下吸附泡菜废水中的氨氮,氨氮去除率可达到98.4%;为氨氮吸附材料提供新思路。Zeolite has been widely used in water treatment due to its low cost and porous structure.This study modified zeolite with NaOH and NaCl to remove ammonia nitrogen from kimchi wastewater.The mechanism was analyzed using SEM,XRD,BET,and FTIR,and the effects of pH,dosage,reaction time,dynamic,and static factors on the removal of ammonia nitrogen were measured.The research results showed that the combined modification of zeolite with 0.6 mol/L NaOH and 0.6 mol/L NaCl significantly improved the ammonia nitrogen adsorption capacity of zeolite.Under the reaction conditions of pH 8,dosage of 20 g,and reaction time of 1.5 hours,the ammonia nitrogen in kimchi wastewater was adsorbed,and the ammonia nitrogen removal rate reached 98.4%;Provide new ideas for ammonia nitrogen adsorption materials.
