摘  要:采用Fenton-混凝沉淀法对某造纸厂产生的实际高色度染纸废水进行了脱色处理研究,研究发现采用Ca(OH)_(2)强化混凝,脱色率高达95.77%,而对比样品采用NaOH仅为32%。为阐明机理,对Fenton处理后废水上清液进行了Zeta电位分析,FT-IR和3D-EEM,对产生的絮体进行了粒径、微结构分析,表明Fenton过程中部分Fe^(3+)起到了中和体系Zeta电位的作用,并与Fenton氧化后的中间产物形成了微米级多孔沉淀物,促进了水相色度的降低和后续混凝过程;加入Ca(OH)_(2)碱中剂,其中的Ca^(2+)不仅可以中和体系Zeta电位的功能,而且可与废水中的SO_(4)^(2-)和羧酸类物质生成疏松多孔的CaSO_(4)以及羧酸钙沉淀物,作为絮体生长的刚性骨架,促进混凝沉淀的发生。本研究表明,投加廉价的Ca(OH)_(2),可以节省价格昂贵的氧化药剂——H_(2)O_(2)的用量,这为降低Fenton-混凝沉淀法药剂成本提供了理论依据。The fenton-coagulation precipitation method was used to study the decolorization of the actual high-color dyeing wastewater produced by a paper mill.It was found that the decolorization rate of Ca(OH)2-enhanced coagulation was as high as 95.77%,while the NaOH-enhanced coagulation was only 32%.In order to clarify the mechanism,Zeta potential analysis,FT-IR and 3D-EEM were carried out on the supernatant of wastewater after Fenton treatment and particle size and microstructure analysis were used to analyze the flocs produced by the Fenton process.The results indicated that some Fe3+plays a role in neutralizing the Zeta potential,and forming micron-sized porous precipitates with the intermediate products,which promotes the reduction of the chromaticity of the aqueous phase and subsequent coagulation.Ca^(2+)in Ca(OH)_(2) can not only neutralize the Zeta potential of the system but also produce loose and porous CaSO_(4) and calcium carboxylate precipitates with SO_(4)^(2-)and carboxylic acids in wastewater,which serve as a rigid skeleton for floc growth and promote the occurrence of coagulation and coagulation.This study showed that increasing the addition of cheap Ca(OH)_(2) can save the amount of expensive oxidant-H_(2)O_(2) to a certain extent,which provides a theoretical basis for reducing the cost of Fenton-coagulation precipitation.
