摘 要:为了提高好氧颗粒污泥(AGS)处理含油废水的运行效果,在室温环境下构建了AGS反应器,通过控制进水磁铁矿(MA)含量的方法探究了MA对AGS处理含油废水的影响并解析相关作用机制。结果表明,MA缓解了油脂对AGS运行效能的抑制,且当MA含量为1.5 g/L时,COD和油脂去除效率分别高达95.1%~96.8%和86.6%。MA促进了AGS内污泥及有机质浓度,并降低了污泥体积指数(SVI),提高污泥沉降性。MA能影响AGS运行过程内胞外聚合物(EPS)含量及组分,并提高了蛋白质含量,利于污泥颗粒化。微生物学分析表明MA提高了AGS内门水平上Proteobacteria和Bacteroidota的相对丰度,在属水平上提高了Brevundimonas、Ferruginibacter的相对丰度,上述微生物利于污泥颗粒化及生物脱氮。研究结果为含油废水的高效处理提供一定理论依据。In order to improve the operation effect of aerobic granular sludge(AGS)in the treatment of oily wastewater,an AGS reactor was built at room temperature,and the effect of magnetite(MA)on the treatment of oily wastewater by AGS was investigated by controlling the content of influent MA and the related mechanism was analyzed.The results showed that the MA alleviated the inhibition of oil on the operation efficiency of AGS,and when the content of MA was 1.5 g/L,the removal efficiency of COD and oil was as high as 95.1% and 86.6%,respectively.MA promoted the concentration of sludge and organic matter in AGS,decreased sludge volume index(SVI),and improved sludge settling ability.The MA can affect the content and composition of extracellular polymer(EPS)in the process of AGS operation,and increase the content of PN,which is beneficial to sludge granulation.Microbiological analysis showed that the MA increased the relative abundance of Proteobacteria and Bacteroidota at the inner gate of AGS,and increased Brevundimonas and Ferruginibacter at the generic level.The above microorganisms were beneficial to sludge granulation and biological nitrogen removal.The research results provide a theoretical basis for the efficient treatment of oily wastewater.
