基于地表Ⅳ类水的产业集聚区污水处理工艺的中试研究

摘  要:针对河南省某产业集聚区废水特点对河南省某污水处理厂进行地表IV类水提标改造,设计了3种深度处理方案对其进行中试研究比选。结果表明,采用臭氧催化氧化+芬顿流化床为深度处理的组合工艺对该类废水有较好的处理效果,且运行成本相对较低,其中,出水COD可稳定在20 mg/L以下,总磷稳定在0.2 mg/L以下,氨氮可稳定在1.0 mg/L以下,可稳定达到《地表水环境质量标准》(GB 3838-2002)IV类水标准。According to the characteristics of wastewater in an industrial cluster area in Henan Province,a wastewater treatment plant in Henan Province was upgraded for class IV surface water,and three advanced treatment schemes were designed for pilot study.The results show that the combined process of ozonation and Fenton fluidized bed has a good treatment effect on this kind of wastewater,and the operation cost is relatively low.The effluent COD concentration can be stabilized below 20 mg/L,total phosphorus can be stabilized below 0.2 mg/L,and ammonia nitrogen can be stabilized below 1.0 mg/L,which can meet the class IV water standard of environmental quality standard for surface water(GB3838-2002).
