摘  要:采用电絮凝和树脂去除废水中悬浮物、硬度等杂质,预处理产水经过反渗透和纳滤对混盐溶液进行浓缩分盐,低浓度的纳滤产水经过电渗析高倍浓缩后进入蒸发结晶系统制备氯化钠,电渗析浓缩过程产生的淡盐水再通过反渗透提浓进行循环使用,同时采用电絮凝在偏碱性条件下处理防止污染物在处理系统中的富集,保证系统运行稳定性和产品盐品质。该工艺中产生的回用水可作为生产用水,得到的氯化钠结晶盐质量优于日晒工业盐优级质量标准,有效提高水与盐资源的回用率,为废水资源化提供经济可行的处理方法。Electrocoagulation and resin are employed to remove impurities,such as suspended solids and hardness,from wastewater.The treated water is subsequently concentrated and separated using reverse osmosis and nanofiltration membranes.The low-concentration permeate from the nanofiltration process is further concentrated by electrodialysis before being directed to the evaporative crystallization system.The dilute solution produced during electrodialysis is recycled through reverse osmosis for concentration.Additionally,electrocoagulation treatment under alkaline conditions helps prevent the accumulation of pollutants in the system,ensuring stable operation and high-quality salt production.The reclaimed water is suitable for reuse in production,and the sodium chloride salt obtained meets or exceeds the premium-grade standard for sun-dried industrial salt.This process effectively enhances the reuse of water and salt resources,offering an economical and viable solution for wastewater recycling.
