摘 要:以贵阳市某污水处理厂扩建工程为案例,阐述了AAO+悬浮填料(IFAS)工艺的选择依据、工艺技术流程和参数,以及其运行效果,对2022年1~12月工艺运行情况分析。运行结果表明:AAO+悬浮填料(IFAS)工艺对COD、NH_(3)-N、TN、TP、SS的去除率分别达到92.3%、98.6%、69.1%、96.2%、96.9%,出水2022年均值COD为9.2 mg/L,NH_(3)-N为0.38 mg/L,TN为8.5 mg/L,TP为0.07 mg/L,SS为4.9 mg/L,其中出水COD、NH_(3)-N及TP优于《地表水环境质量标准》(GB 3838-2002)中的Ⅳ类水体标准,出水TN和SS优于《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918-2002)一级A标。折合直接运行费用为0.33元/m^(3)。说明扩建工程设计中所采用的工艺流程适当,构筑物参数合理,达到设计预期要求。The application effect of A/A/O+Integrated Fixed-film Activated Sludge Process(IFAS)is discussed and verified based on the case study in the wastewater treatment plant in Guiyang city.Which described the selection basis,technological process and parameters of the A/A/O+IFAS process,as well as its operation effect,the process operation from January to December in 2022 was analyzed.The results show that the removal rates of COD,NH3-N,TN,TP and SS by AAO+IFAS process are 92.3%,98.6%,69.1%,96.2% and 96.9%,respectively.The average COD of effluent in 2022 is 9.2 mg/L,NH_(3)-N is 0.38 mg/L,TN is 8.5 mg/L,TP is 0.07 mg/L,SS is 4.9 mg/L.The sewage treatment of COD,NH_(3)-N,TP are better than the class Ⅳ surface waters in Table 1 GB3838-2002,the sewage treatment of TN and SS is better than the class Ⅰ A discharge standard in Table 1 of GB18918-2002.The direct operating cost is 0.33 Yuan/m3.All above Results show that the technological process adopted in the design of the extension project is proper and the parameters of the structure are reasonable,which meets the design requirements.
