摘  要:针对食品废水有机物浓度高,可生化性好,盐分高,含油的特点,某工程设计采用UASB+絮凝+二级生物接触氧化组合工艺进行处理,介绍了该组合工艺的流程、主要设计参数及处理效果。运行结果表明,采用“UASB+絮凝+二级生物接触氧化”联合工艺处理该高盐食品废水,系统运行稳定,抗冲击负荷较强,对COD、BOD、SS、氨氮、动植物油、总氮的去除率分别可达到93.6%、97.6%、91.6%、89.2%、74.5%、92.0%,出水各指标均能稳定满足排放标准。且运行费用低,该废水处理工艺总处理成本为3.52元/t。In response to the characteristics of high organic concentration,good biodegradability,high salinity,and oil content in food wastewater,a certain engineering design adopts the UASB+flocculation+secondary biological contact oxidation combined process for treatment.The process,main design parameters,and treatment effect of this combined process are introduced.The operation results show that the combined process of"UASB+flocculation+secondary biological contact oxidation"can treat the high salt food wastewater with stable operation and strong impact load,and the removal rate of COD,BOD,SS,ammonia nitrogen,animal and plant oil and total nitrogen can reach 93.6%,97.6%,91.6%,89.2%,74.5% and 92.0%,respectively,and the effluent indexes can stably meet the discharge standards.And the operation cost is low,and the total treatment cost of the wastewater treatment process is 3.52 yuan/t.
