基于流固耦合的热压机加热设备设计与优化

摘  要:热压机是用于生产人造板的设备,热压机加热设备的传热性能是关键技术指标。对热压机加热设备进行设计,通过有限元仿真分析得到不同参数条件下的热压机加热设备工作表面温度场。为了降低时间成本和人力成本,基于流固耦合对热压机加热设备进行优化,通过响应面法对影响热压机加热设备工作表面温度均匀性的不同参数组合进行分析。结果显示,导热油流速8.4 m/s、上层管道平面高度125.31 mm、下层管道平面高度51.36 mm为最佳参数组合。与原设计相比,优化后热压机加热设备工作表面温度极差减小59.1%,温度不均匀因数减小53.7%,有效提高成型质量。The hot press is a device used to produce wood-based panel,and the heat transfer performance of the heating equipment of the hot press is a key technical index.The heating equipment of the hot press was designed,and the temperature field of the working surface of heating equipment of the hot press under different parameters was obtained through finite element simulation analysis.In order to reduce the time cost and labor cost,the heating equipment of the hot press was optimized based on fluid-solid coupling,and the combination of different parameters affecting the temperature uniformity of the working surface of the heating equipment of the hot press was analyzed by the response surface method.The result shows the optimal parameter combination,the flow rate of heat transfer oil is 8.4 m/s,the plane height of the upper pipeline is 125.31 mm,and the plane height of the lower pipeline is 51.36 mm.Compared with the original design,the temperature difference of the heating equipment of the hot press is reduced by 59.1%,and the temperature unevenness factor is reduced by 53.7%,which effectively improves the molding quality.
