摘  要:一般认为,金属材料的颈缩是微观缺陷在外力作用下不断演化的结果,但实际上常常表现出复杂的热力耦合行为。基于数字图像相关法,对金属钛进行一维拉伸局域化分析,研究纯钛在一维拉伸试验局域化过程中的热力耦合行为。对试样在0.1~10 s^(-1)应变率加载下的应变场和温度场进行量化分析,低应变率加载下温度局域化早于应变局域化。随着应变率的提高,试样拉伸过程趋于绝热状态,使温度局域化与应变局域化的起始越来越接近。随着应变率的提高,绝热状态使颈缩区内的温度更加集中,形成热软化,导致颈缩提前发生。It is generally believed that the necking of metal material is the result of the continuous evolution of microscopic defect under the action of external force,but in fact it often shows complex thermo-mechanical coupling behavior.Based on the digital image correlation method,the one-dimensional tensile localization analysis of titanium metal was carried out,and the thermo-mechanical coupling behavior of pure titanium in the localization process of one-dimensional tensile test was studied.The strain field and temperature field of the sample under 0.1~10 s^(-1)strain rate loading were quantitatively analyzed,and the temperature localization under low strain rate loading is earlier than the strain localization.With the increase of the strain rate,the tensile process of the specimen tends to be adiabatic,so that the start of temperature localization and the start of strain localization are getting closer and closer.With the increase of the strain rate,the adiabatic state makes the temperature in the necking area more concentrated,resulting in thermal softening,which leads to the early occurrence of necking.
