摘 要:切刀装置通过切除薄膜边缘的破损和毛边,统一规格尺寸,保证成品膜的质量,是双向拉伸薄膜生产线中的重要设备。总结目前的多种切刀装置,分析各自的优缺点和应用情况。结合实际使用效果,分析单刀头切刀装置刀片损坏的机理。在此基础上,设计了微动切刀装置。引入微动结构,实现刀头在切割薄膜时上下微动,从根本上解决刀片作用点应力和温度集中的问题。通过应用试验,证明所设计的双向拉伸薄膜废边微动切刀装置保留了单刀头切刀装置结构简单、换刀方便的优点,并且明显延长刀片的使用寿命,在降低使用成本的同时缩短停机更换刀片时间,进而提高工作效率。The cutter device is the important equipment in the biaxially oriented film production line by removing the damage and burr of the film edge,unifying the size of the specification and ensuring the quality of the finished film.The current various cutter devices were summarized,and their advantages,disadvantages and applications were analyzed.Combined with the actual use effect,the damage mechanism of blade of the single-head cutter device was analyzed.On this basis,a micro-motion cutter device was designed.The micro-motion structure is introduced to realize the up and down micro-movement of the cutter head when cutting the film,which fundamentally solves the problem of stress and temperature concentration at the action point of the blade.Through the application test,it is proved that the designed biaxially oriented film waste edge micro-motion cutter device retains the advantages of simple structure and convenient tool change of the single-head cutter device,and significantly prolongs the service life of the blade,shortens the shutdown and replacement time while reducing the use cost,and then improves the work efficiency.
