摘　　要：自洁割缝筛管有利于保证油气井开采作业的高效、稳定进行。介绍了自洁割缝筛管加工装备,包括摆动式可调焦激光切割头、随动成形加工机床,分析了自洁割缝筛管加工方法,并从梯形缝锥角和圆锥孔自洁筛管锥角两方面给出了自洁割缝筛管锥角检测装置及检测方法。所介绍的加工及锥角检测技术满足生产现场对自洁割缝筛管加工质量无损检测的需求。Self-cleaning slit sieve tube is conducive to ensuring the efficient and stable operation of oil and gas well exploitation.The processing equipment of self-cleaning slit sieve tube was introduced,including the oscillating adjustable focus laser cutting head and the follow-up forming processing machine,the processing method of self-cleaning slit sieve tube was analyzed,and the cone angle detection device and detection method of self-cleaning slit sieve tube were given from two aspects such as trapezoidal seam cone angle and conical hole self-cleaning sieve tube cone angle.The introduced processing and cone angle detection technology meets the needs of the production site for non-destructive detection of the processing quality of self-cleaning slit sieve tube.
