经济虚拟化与美元本位国际货币体系的困境

摘　　要：近年来,随着美国经济陷入结构性失衡引发的持续性通胀和地缘局势动荡,美元本位国际货币体系的困境问题再度成为热点。理论界关于美元作为国际货币的稳定性研究颇为丰富,但鲜有从经济演化的结构性失衡视角对造成美元本位的国际货币体系困境的原因进行系统性分析。文章从马克思主义经济学研究范式出发,基于经济虚拟化视角,揭示美元本位的国际货币体系两个无解的矛盾和维持美元稳定性的正反馈机理,论证了美国经济“脱实向虚”和货币金融资产阶级兴起引发的货币金融的“公器私用”是美元本位的国际货币体系的困境之源,指出无论全球实体经济的产业链如何重构,都很难最终改变制约世界经济稳定性的核心矛盾,从而提出推动人民币国际化以建立多元化价值标准,重构目前的美元本位的国际货币体系。In recent years,the dilemma of the US dollar-based international monetary system has once again become a hot topic with the persistent inflation and geopolitical instability caused by US economy falling into structural imbalance.Although the research on the stability of the US dollar as an international currency is quite abundant in theoretical realm,there is little systematic analysis of the reasons for causing the dilemma in the US dollar-based international monetary system from the perspective of structural imbalance in economic evolution.In view of this,the present study,starting from the research paradigm of Marxist economics and based on the perspective of economic virtualization,reveals the two unsolvable contradictions in the US dollar-based international monetary system and the positive feedback mechanism for maintaining the stability of the US dollar,demonstrates that the shift of American economy“from real to virtual”and the“public for private use”of its monetary finance caused by the rise of the monetary and financial bourgeoisie are the root cause for the dilemma in the US dollar-based international monetary system,and points out that no matter how the industrial chain of the global real economy is reconstructed,it is difficult to ultimately change the core contradiction that restricts the stability of the world economy.Therefore,it is proposed to promote the internationalization of Renminbi so as to establish diversified value standards and reconstruct the current US dollar-based international monetary system.
