摘  要:利用气象灾害风险评价理论,从致灾因子危险性、承灾体暴露度和承灾体脆弱性3个方面,通过层次分析法等开展内蒙古太阳能发电工程沙尘灾害风险区划。通过GIS空间分析,建立太阳能发电工程沙尘灾害风险评估模型,划分灾害等级,得到内蒙古太阳能发电工程沙尘灾害低风险区主要分布在呼伦贝尔市、兴安盟、锡林郭勒盟东北部,通辽市北部以及赤峰市大部;次高风险区与高风险区主要分布在阿拉善盟、巴彦淖尔市西北部以及鄂尔多斯西南部。内蒙古太阳能发电工程沙尘灾害影响范围相对集中,且范围较小,有利于太阳能发电站的安全运行。The meteorological disaster risk assessment theory and analytic hierarchy process and other research methods are used to carry out the sand and dust disaster risk zoning of solar power generation projects in Inner Mongolia from three aspects:risk of disaster causing factors,exposure of disaster bearing bodies and vulnerability of disaster bearing bodies.Through GIS spatial analysis,the dust disaster risk assessment model of solar power generation project is established,allowing for the classfication of disaster levels.It is found that the low risk areas of dust disaster of solar power generation project in Inner Mongolia are mainly distributed in Hulunbuir City,Xingan League,northeast of Xilin Gol League,north of Tongliao City and most of Chifeng City.The sub-high risk areas and high risk areas are mainly located in Alxa League,the northwest of Bayannur City and the southwest of Ordos.From the results of dust disaster risk zoning,the impact range of sand dust disaster of the solar power generation project in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region is relatively concentrated and limited,which is conducive to the safe operation of solar power stations.
