摘 要:目的 构建适合我国临床的血液透析双人链式操作流程,为提升血液透析操作安全提供参考。方法 采用头脑风暴分析现有流程的问题及原因,进行文献回顾并通过德尔菲专家函询,构建血液透析双人链式操作流程。结果 血液透析双人链式操作流程指标包含4个一级条目(评估、准备、上机操作步骤和回血下机操作),20个二级条目。2轮函询专家对指标重要性赋值分别为4.00~4.93、4.00~5.00,变异系数为0.05~0.22、0~0.11,专家协调系数为0.238~0.311(均P<0.05)。结论 构建的血液透析双人链式操作流程,可为规范临床血液透析操作步骤,提高安全性提供参考。Objective To develop a dual-operator chain operation process for hemodialysis suitable for clinical practice in China,and to provide a reference for enhancing the safety of hemodialysis procedures.Methods Brainstorming was employed to analyze the problems and causes of the existing process,followed by a literature review and Delphi expert consultations to construct the dual-operator chain operation process for hemodialysis.Results The dual-operator chain operation process for hemodialysis included four primary indicators(assessment,preparation,machine operation steps,and return and disconnection steps),and 20 secondary indicators.The importance ratings assigned by experts during the two rounds of consultation ranged from 4.00 to 4.93 and 4.00 to 5.00,with coefficients of variation of 0.05 to 0.22 and 0 to 0.11,respectively,and coordination coefficients of 0.238 to 0.311(all P<0.05).Conclusion The developed dual-operator chain operation process for hemodialysis can serve as a reference for standardizing clinical hemodialysis procedures and enhancing safety.
