摘　　要：目的开发护理信息学跨学科课程,开展项目式学习,提高本科学生信息能力。方法将48名本科学生按照是否选修护理信息学课程分研究组和对照组各24名;研究组打造基于交叉学科的课程内容,融入在线课程开展线上-线下混合式、项目学习法实践,采用混合研究方法评价课程实施效果。结果教学后,研究组计算机态度得分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。对研究组部分学生访谈结果显示,课程加深了学生对护理信息学和交叉学科研究的认识,锻炼了其利用信息技术解决护理问题的能力。结论基于项目学习法护理信息学教学可提升学生的信息接受态度和实践能力。Objective To develop an interdisciplinary nursing informatics course and apply project-based learning to enhance information skills among undergraduate students.Methods A total of 48 undergraduate students were divided into an intervention group and a control group,each consisting of 24 students.The intervention group received an interdisciplinary course structure with integrated online modules,enabling a blended online-offline,project-based learning experience.A mixed-methods approach was used to evaluate the course′s effectiveness.Results After the course,computer attitude scores in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Interviews with selected students from the intervention group indicated that the course deepened their understanding of nursing informatics and interdisciplinary research and improved their ability to use information technology to solve nursing challenges.Conclusion Project-based learning in nursing informatics can enhance students′attitudes toward information technology use and strengthen their practical skills.
