摘　　要：介绍颗粒物的分类与来源,室内颗粒物暴露对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者健康的影响。慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者室内颗粒物暴露的干预措施,包括强化健康教育及随访、应用电子健康技术和设备、改变日常生活方式和行为。提出应提高护理人员及患者对室内颗粒物的重视程度,积极采取干预措施,以减少室内颗粒物暴露对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者健康的影响。This paper introduces the classification and sources of particulate matter,as well as the impact of indoor particulate matter exposure on the health of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).The intervention measures for indoor particulate matter exposure in COPD patients include strengthening health education and follow-up,applying electronic health technologies and equipment,and changing daily lifestyles and behaviors.It is proposed that the attention of nursing staff and patients to indoor particulate matter should be enhanced,and active intervention measures should be taken to reduce the impact of indoor particulate matter exposure on the health of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
