地方高校国际化人才培养的现状、问题与路径

摘　　要：培养具有全球视野和创新意识、前沿的专业知识结构、较高的政治思想素质和跨文化沟通能力的国际化人才,是地方高校高质量发展的应有之义。对陕西地方高校国际化人才培养的现状进行调查后发现,人才培养目标模糊、师资匮乏、本土化课程建设薄弱、高水平的中外合作办学机构项目偏少等是存在的主要问题。借助在地国际化理念,地方高校要从强化教师的国际素养、融合国内外优质教育资源、打造在地国际化课程与教学体系、严控来华留学生质量等方面入手,不断提高国际化人才培养质量。Training the international talents with global vision and innovative consciousness,cutting-edge professional knowledge structure,high political and ideological quality and cross-cultural communication ability is the proper meaning of high-quality development of local universities.After investigating the current situation of international talents training in Shaanxi local colleges and universities,it is found that the main problems are vague talent training goals,lack of teachers,weak localization curriculum construction,and few projects of high-level Chinese-foreign cooperative educational institutions.With the help of the concept of local internationalization,local colleges and universities should strengthen the international quality of teachers,integrate high-quality education resources at home and abroad,build the local international curriculum and teaching system,and strictly control the quality education of international students in order to continuously improve the quality of international talent training.
