摘  要:目的:探讨压缩感知(CS)高倍数加速因子(AF)对MRI颞下颌关节图像的影响。方法:招募31例受检者(其中男4例,女27例),平均(38.19±19.18)岁。3.0 T MR行基于敏感性编码技术(SENSE)以及CS的颞下颌关节矢状位抑质子加权成像(PDWI)、T2加权成像(T2WI),AF分别包括SENSE AF=2和CS AF=2、3、4。两观察者在不同AF的矢状位PDWI和T2WI图像划定感兴趣区测量信号强度(SI)和标准差(SD),并计算信噪比(SNR)和对比度噪声比(CNR)。对图像质量进行5分法主观评分。采用组内相关系数(ICC)、Kappa检验评估客观数据和主观评分的一致性。不同AF间图像的SNR、CNR和主观评分采用单因素方差分析。结果:两观察者测量数据和主观评分一致性良好(ICC:0.931~0.994;Kappa:0.763~0.890)。单因素方差分析显示T2WI右侧SNR及主观评分,PDWI右侧SNR、双侧CNR及主观评分差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两两比较结果:当CS AF=4时,T2WI右侧SNR及主观评分,PDWI右侧SNR、双侧CNR及主观评分较SENSE AF=2时均显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:基于CS的颞下颌关节MRI扫描时间可行。在保证图像质量的前提下,临床推荐AF为3矢状位PDWI、T2WI序列扫描,可显著缩短扫描时间。Purpose:To explore the performance of compressed sensing(CS)on the temporomandibular joint MRI with different acceleration factors(AF).Methods:Thirty-one subjects(including 4 males and 27 females)were recruited,with average age of(38.19±19.18)years.The sagittal proton density weighted imaging(PDWI)and T2 weighted imaging(T2WI)sequences of the temporomandibular joint were scanned using a 3.0 T MRI scanner with acceleration by the conventional sensitivity encoding(SENSE;AF=2)and the CS(AF=2,3 and 4)technique,respectively.Two observers delineated the region of interest(ROI)and measured the signal intensity(SI)and standard deviation(SD)on PDWI and T2WI images by different AFs.And then the signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)and contrast-to-noise ratio(CNR)were calculated.Subjective rating of image quality was performed according to a fivepoint Likert scale.The consistency of measured objective data and subjective scores by the two observers were evaluated by intraclass correlation coefficient(ICC)and Kappa test,respectively.The comparison of SNR,CNR,and subjective scores among images by different AFs were analyzed using one-way ANOVA.Results:The measurement data and subjective scores by the two observers showed good consistency(ICC:0.931-0.994;Kappa:0.763-0.890).The one-way ANOVA test showed statistical differences(P<0.05)in the right-side SNR and subjective score among T2WI images by different AFs,as well as the right-side SNR,bilateral CNR and subjective score among PDWI images by different AFs.The pairwise comparisons showed that,with the images by SENSE(AF=2)as reference,the right-side SNR and subjective score on T2WI were significantly reduced when CS-AF=4,and the right–side SNR,bilateral CNR and subjective score were also significantly reduced on PDWI when CS-AF=2(P<0.05).Conclusion:The scanning time of the temporomandibular joint MRI can be significantly reduced with acceleration by CS.For assurance of image quality,the AF of 3 is recommended for the sagittal PDWI and T2WI of the temporomandibular joint.
