摘　　要：高素质人才培养体系可助力新质生产力下药学专业的高水平建设。本研究归纳总结新疆医科大学药学院,根据国家一流本科药学专业建设要求,牢牢把握高质量发展首要任务,优化药学学科设置,从人才培养实际出发,对人才培养模式进行的构建实践及取得的成效,比对新质生产力对人才培养的方向和要求,面对新形势下药学本科专业建设面临的机遇和挑战,提出改进措施,完善基于新质生产力的药学专业人才培养体系,为新一轮药学专业人才培养方案促进药学专业全面、协调、可持续发展,提供参考和应用实践。A high-quality talent cultivation system can help build the high-level construction of pharmacy in the era of new quality productivity.This study summarizes the practices and achievements of College of Pharmacy,Xinjiang Medical University in constructing a high-quality talent cultivation system based on the requirements of the national first-class undergraduate pharmacy program.We firmly grasped the primary task of high-quality development,optimized the pharmacy discipline settings and proceeded from the actual situation of talent training,then compared the direction and requirements of new quality productivity for talent cultivation.In the face of the opportunities and challenges of the new situation of the undergraduate pharmacy professional construction,improvement measures were proposed to improve the pharmaceutical talent training system based on new quality productivity,and references and application practices were provided for the new pharmaceutical talent training programs to promote the comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development of the pharmacy.
