摘 要:本研究采用网络问卷与教研室座谈相结合的方法,对首都医科大学附属北京佑安医院(简称佑安医院)的教学档案管理现状进行了系统分析。研究发现,教学档案管理人员对档案重要性的认识不足、档案管理流程缺乏统一标准以及管理手段相对滞后等问题凸显。针对这些问题,本文提出了一系列改善教学档案管理现状的对策,旨在推动佑安医院教学档案管理向科学化和现代化迈进。通过实施这些策略,期望能够进一步提升教学档案的管理水平,为学科的发展和教学质量的提升提供有力支持。This study used a combination of online questionnaires and departmental faculty discussions to systematically analyze the current status of teaching archive management in our hospital.The study found that issues such as insufficient awareness of the importance of archives among teaching archive management personnel,the lack of unified standards for archive management processes,and relatively outdated management methods were prominent.In response to these issues,this article proposes a series of countermeasures to improve the current status of teaching archive management,aiming to promote the scientific and modernization of teaching archive management in our hospital.By implementing these strategies,we hope to further enhance the management level of teaching archives and provide strong support for the development of disciplines and the improvement of teaching quality.
